Our production
When we created SABER HEALTH & BEAUTY, we set ourselves an ambitious goal: to manufacture international-level products right here in Uzbekistan. And we have achieved this. Our SABER HEALTH & BEAUTY factory in Tashkent is more than just a production site. It is a high-tech beauty center where science, nature, and innovation work in harmony.
At the SABER HEALTH & BEAUTY factory BEAUTY has implemented modern European technologies and "smart manufacturing" principles (Industry 4.0).
This means:
- A fully automated process, from raw material preparation to bottling and packaging,
- Precise dosing and mixing, eliminating errors and guaranteeing the stability of each formula,
- Multi-stage quality control at every stage: texture, scent, color, pH, sterility.
We collaborate with international laboratories in Germany, Italy, and Australia, allowing us to implement innovative proprietary formulas that meet the most stringent requirements.
Our standards comply with GMP, ISO, ECOCERT, and Halal standards. All components undergo thorough microbiological analysis, and the packaging is fully recyclable. Our products are created without harsh chemicals, sulfates, parabens, or silicones.
Thanks to our high level of automation and quality control, all our products are approved for export and are successfully supplied to countries such as Russia, Kazakhstan, Georgia, Azerbaijan, Kyrgyzstan, and Tajikistan. Cosmetic Technologist, Institute of Personal Care Science (Australia). Member of ASCC and IFSCC. Expert in the development of technologically complex natural formulas.
Tasmin has been behind the creation of unique solutions for brands such as:
- Sukin (Australia) - a series of natural products for sensitive skin.
- A’kin - sulfate- and silicone-free shampoos and conditioners.
- Nude by Nature - a plant-based makeup base.
In her work with SABER HEALTH & BEAUTY, she implemented proprietary formulas that ensure formula stability even without the use of synthetic emulsifiers and preservatives.
Belinda Carley
Cosmetic Chemist, Institute of Personal Care Science. Member of ASCC and IFSCC. International speaker, recognized expert on clean beauty and natural actives.
Belinda has consulted and developed formulas for:

Cosmetic technologist, Veda Woman (Poland) Specialist in natural and Ayurvedic cosmetics, works according to ECOCERT and COSMOS standards.
Her portfolio includes:

European technologies in the heart of Uzbekistan
Our SABER HEALTH & BEAUTY factory is more than just a production facility. It's a high-tech Özwell center, where science, nature, and innovation work in harmony. We combine cutting-edge European technology with strict quality control to create world-class products.
All ingredients used are USDA Organic and Halal certified, as well as prestigious ECOCERT, IFS Food, and EURO LEAF certificates, confirming the organic origin of our products and paving the way for us to reach the most demanding global markets. Each Ozwell product undergoes clinical trials confirming its effectiveness and health safety.
⁃ We informed the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, His Excellency Shavkat Miromonovich Mirziyoyev, in detail about the projects our company has implemented to date and those planned for implementation, as well as about our initiatives aimed at maintaining and improving health.
⁃ Thanks to nutritionist Professor Guli Shaykhova and her invaluable experience in the field of health and nutrition, our products have been recognized on the world stage - four gold medals at the International Women Inventors Exhibition in South Korea were a well-deserved award for four of our unique products.
⁃ The titles "Brand of the Year 2023" and "Brand of the Year 2024" In Uzbekistan, we are expanding our operations to include cosmetics, baby products, vitamins, and dietary supplements.
⁃ Opening central warehouses, showrooms, and offices in the Republic of Azerbaijan and Kazakhstan. We have our own logistics system, making collaboration with clients and partners as convenient and straightforward as possible.
Today, Özwell has 7,000 m² of production, warehouse, and office space in Tashkent. The complex will soon be expanded to 40,000 m², enabling us to launch new research projects and increase production capacity.
Özwell is actively expanding its supply chain: the company's products are already exported to Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Russia, Kyrgyzstan, Belarus, and Tajikistan. Special series of children's syrups are being developed for the European market—custom projects created in collaboration with Polymetria. Özwell is a synthesis of science, innovation, and impeccable production discipline, setting a new standard in the health and beauty industry.
